St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies (SKIPS) has endeavored to provide quality management education and corporate exposure where research and teaching possess global outlook. SKIPS promotes research traditions as an innovative process of training professionals in sector specific management education. SKIPS believes in imparting knowledge through research based education to inculcate skills and provide a platform for value based learning.

SKIPS ANVESHAN is therefore an initiative of SKIPS to provide publishing platform, assist research scholars and create avenues for promotion and publication of research papers in the management field. Therefore the aim of our E- Journal “SKIPS ANVESHAN” (A Journal of Management Studies) is to help and nurture research talent among management faculty members and professionals and to provide a platform for research publications to scholars and students.

The journal invites original contributions from researchers and experts on all topics related to management. The areas include general management, marketing, finance, economics, human resource management, operations management, strategy, business communication, information technology, international business, and business laws, among others.

Both theoretical and empirical works of research will be considered for publication. Literature reviews and book reviews on path-breaking books on management will also be considered. The Research article should not exceed 6000 words. The abstract should not be more than 300 words and should be accompanied upto 4-5 key words. The book reviews should be up to 1500 words. All submissions to the journal undergo a process of double blind peer review by subject experts.
